CMAT Notification 2012 for AICTE Institutions Eligibility Test Pattern

What is CMAT?

CMAT is an entrance exam for admission into all AICTE Approved Institutions (391 +) for management Study.
By having this exam it helps students time saving and money saving too rather than applying to all entrance exams like MAT, XAT, CAT etc.,

CMAT Exam Important Dates:

Online Registration starts from: 09 December 2011.
Online Registration ends on : 09 January 2012.
*Last to pay cash in bank is 10 January 2012 and top complete registration is 12 January 2012.

CMAT Admit Card To be Downloaded on : 30 January 2012.
CMAT Exams Conducted during : 20 February 2012 to 28 February 2012.
CMAT Results will be announced on :11 March 2012.
To take print out of score cards is on : 11March 2012 to 11 April 2012.

Eligibility for CMAT Exam 2012:

Must complete graduation and final year students can also apply.
Age has no restriction.

CMAT Exam Pattern and Format: 

CMAT will be a CBT (Computer Base Test ) Test much like CAT and MAT Exams.
CMAT exam contains 4 sections – Verbal, Logical Reasoning,  Data Interpretation + Numerical Ability and General Awareness.
Each Section consists of 25 Questions with time limit of 3 hours total 100 marks. (No negative marks).

CMAT Test Centres:

All major cities in India around 61 test centres (check details on their website).

CMAT Exam Test Fee:

Rs. 1200 For General and OBC
Rs. 600 For SC/ST/PD
Fees can be using any modes of Online Banking, Credit Cards, Debit Cards and if in cash must pay only in SBI branches.
