* Managing end to end volume hiring

* Searching Candidates as per the requirement

* Generating References from data base

* Building network of potential candidates

* Co-Ordinating with Candidates and Internal Stakeholders

* Scheduling Interviews

* Follow ups (Pre/Post Joining)

* Should have excellent communication skills

* Ability to conduct mass presentations and events

* Willingness to perform and work in all conditions

* Self motivated /Target-oriented

* Quick decision maker

* Should have an Excellent interview skills
