RBS Group Hiring Freshers for Risk Manager HR India

Qualification: Graduation

Experience: Freshers

Scope Of Role :
* The role operates within a small team of risk partners who are responsible for owning and developing the HR Risk framework & providing pragmatic advice, independent oversight & challenge to the management of risks within HR.

* The role manages relationship across function and business facing HR and undertakes proactive involvement through delivery of Assurance Testing, Training and Awareness, End tot End Process Review & Reporting

* The role will be accountable for managing the development & establishment of a robust HR Risk Framework & providing independent oversight & challenging to the management of risk relating to pan – HR activities in India

* Should be ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team

* Influencing & conflict resolution skills

* Ability to support training/educational awareness sessions (at different levels) to enhance unit application of risk processes

* Ability to take account of both internal and external environments in shaping the risk framework and priorities

* Ability to understand wide as they relate to HR India

* Ability to react swiftly and to plan and priorities according to changing business needs

* Knowledge of Risk Management (Operational,Regulatory & People Risks And control Processes)
