Should possess persuasive skills
Should effectively schedule and facilitate interviews
Source on job portals (eg: Naukri.com) and social networking sites (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc).
Strategically utilize job boards, networks, forums, blogs and research methods to source passive candidates
Handle multiple requisitions
Maintain high quality/maximum traction for hiring
Innovate in sourcing strategies
Create job descriptions
Understand and extract information from job descriptions
Employ the most appropriate recruitment channel to source candidates
Schedule interviews
Follow-up with the candidates
Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need
